Sushi Train Oxenford, April 2016

I know this will seem like sacrilege, but when you drive past a chain like Sushi Train and you’re hungry, you may as well ask the question; so I did. The answer was a surprising yes to natto hosomaki and a willingness to prepare it any way I chose, such as perhaps a gunkanmaki. I chose to go with what they had on offer, and it was exactly as it should be.
